The absolute worst customer experience…
The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered went to simply update the name on the ticket as the website autocorrected the wrong name when purchasing a ticket. I caught the error within seconds of booking and they refused to do anything and charged $110 cancellation fee. Awful customer service will never ever ever book through budgetair again.

The worst experience I had in a decade
The worst experience I had in a decade! Please stay away from this website and never book through them. You will regret it for years! I had booked with them and they withdraw money from my account but never sent the itinerary to me! When the flight day was closer I called, after many attempts they responded and told me they can’t even find my booking, they were all Indians by the way, I had a very hard time talking with them. After hours of back and forth they found it and said it was not finalized! ( mind you they already withdraw money from my account!),they ask me I have to pay more for them to finalize it! I refused and asked if I were dealing with fraud! The guy took it personally and in every call he keep going around as if he can’t hear me! And sometimes he says he can’t find it! It was an absolute nightmare! They should not be in business at all!! I am still suspecting they might be fraudulent! Someone tell me otherwise!!

Seats were not issued
Seats were not issued. I asked for refund for seats and agent ignored my request. First he said seats were issued and I can check on airline website. I did and it showed seats were not issued. Then he said they will be issued within a few days. I asked to be connected to supervisor but he said he cannot do it. I will never again buy a ticket with BudgetAir! Horrible experience and poor service.
