Our experience with magic trips was terrible.
Last summer holiday we had booked an hotel in Morocco using their services, hoping we would get a good and decent hotel experience. The hotel was disgusting, uncleaned and the toilets were filthy. This hotel for any planners going to Morocco is Riad Hafssa and Spa, probably the worst hotel in Marrakech. The swimming pool is not even a pool itself. The company attempted to give me a ‘refund’ that wasn’t even a third of my original deposit sent for the hotel. I am currently still disputing for my refund, their service has been awful and just selfish and not supportive at all.

Harris is the best agent. It's the second time I've used his service for my holidays and am very happy. He is very patient and recommends only options according to my needs. He is fantastic. Always reachable with any questions I had. I will definitely ask him for help when I go for holidays again.
