I went to get my tyre fitted and blackcircles didn't deliver the tyre for an order on the 5th of September (BC6446643). I have now been made to pay for ANOTHER tyre, and now I have mismatching tyres on my car due to the non delivery- which is a whole other problem in itself. I had to accept the only tyre the garage had available, or drive home on a damaged tyre.

On top of that, the westlake tyres I had fitted last week through blackcircles (BC6433163)- one of the tyres blew out after driving a distance of probably around 500 meters, which is why I had to buy another tyre... So currently, I have paid for 3 westlake tyres, and only have 1 fitted onto my car.

I have now reached out on this WhatsApp messaging service on about 4 different occasions now and I have been completely ignored. I have also raised the issue by email, and still no response there either.

This is a violation of the consumer rights act- I have paid for a service, and I have received nothing in return. I am now at the level where I am prepared to take this further, because I am fed up of being ignored.

I have used blackcircles for nearly a decade, and I don't think I will be in the future again.

Fitter was on time and did the job quickly. Pleased with the service.

Black circle delivered tyres on time, but Tyres for us said they hadn't been delivered. After calling yourselves and said they had been delivered, I went back to the company and they told me they had been delivered but put into their stock....admin error. I will definitely use Black Circle again but not Tyre for us.

The tyres fitted close to home, easy to arrange, and a good price, it was good experience.

It was good to be able to choose the right tyres for my car via registration number.
It was amazing to have a list of tyre fitters and for the fitting to be arranged for me.
The price was good.
It was not helpful to have the appointment cancelled twice as the tyre fitter was not available as indicated online. I had arranged time off work for these appointments.

I was booked in at 09:00, but when I got there th tyres were not there, Also the garage said I was booked in at 09:00 but they did not have a slot until 11:00. Apparently although it looks like you have a choice of time Blackcircles does not have access to the diary of the garage.
However it was a good price and the tyres were fitted at 4pm

Took two visits to the fitter before my tyres were fitted and on the second visit they damaged my car

Easy to book and cheaper than my usual garage but still fitted at the same garage
