I had an issue with a crypto payment…
I had an issue with a crypto payment and refund, but Coinify’s support team handled it professionally and resolved the issue successfully. Iqbal was very helpful, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the process. My refund was successfully completed, and I appreciate the patience and assistance provided.

20$ refund take 15 business days? Also 10$ as refund fee?
I messed up the net while depositing then they said it will take up to 5 business days on their site support line. Then they send me a mail that says "We are currently reviewing the details of your case and will provide you with a final response within 15 business days from the date of this acknowledgement. If, in exceptional circumstances, we are unable to provide a full response within this period, we will inform you of the delay, the reasons for it, and the expected date of resolution (which will not exceed 35 business days)." It's only 20$ why it has to be this long. Also they said they will take 10$ as fee. WTH

Somtimes crypto delayd if you buy somthing instead of ETH but they usually send crypto in 2 buisness days

Sold Bitcoin with Ledger and Coinify sent the money. My first bank had blocked the money. Contacted support and they helped me perfectly. Got the money without any problems to another bank. Support worked trustful and fast.

Buggy and confusing
One of the buggiest and most confusing experiences I have every had. I have a total of 7 credit and debit cards, and coinify only accepted one of them once. Every other attempted transaction was denied on their end. Do not recommend!
