Ordered a pair of unisex sneakers and it was not specified if the sizing was men or women’s. They did not fit and it was $16 just to return them! Will not shop from here again.

Really disappointed in the service I’ve received/receiving. Initially, I got next day delivery on some football boots as mine broke and needed new ones urgently. The delivery failed due to a ‘wrong delivery address’ however this wasn’t the case and was later confirmed by pro direct that the address provided was actually correct. I’ve since requested a refund for this order, however they have said they cannot issue a refund until the package has been returned to the sender. Bear in mind this was 2 weeks ago now. So I am now out of pocket for £232 and do not have the boots. I’m getting extremely concerned over this order as I’ve paid a premium amount for this product and haven’t even received them and have not got the money back. The communication on this case has also been disgusting too, little to none. Unfortunately wouldn’t shop here again as the customer service I’ve received has been awful.

I ordered a size 12 Puma King Ultimate FG/AG, but the shoes were so small that I could not even get them onto my feet. I have no issue with Pro:Direct Sport regarding the sizing itself, that is simply a risk with synthetic materials and certain shoe models.

I requested a refund and would have been perfectly happy to exchange them. I also paid the return shipping myself, which I considered reasonable.

The problem came when Pro:Direct Sport received the shoes. A few days later, I received an email with a photo claiming the shoes were scuffed and therefore could not be accepted as a return.

That claim makes absolutely no sense. **The shoes were never worn by me because I literally could not get them onto my feet.** I immediately explained this and asked Pro:Direct Sport to provide evidence that the shoes were not already scuffed when they were originally shipped to me.

Rather than address that question, **they shipped the shoes back to me before even responding to my message.**

That is the part I find particularly troubling. If a company is going to deny a return based on the condition of an item, I would expect them to be able to demonstrate that the damage occurred after the item was shipped to the customer—and to give the customer an opportunity to dispute the claim. Instead, Pro:Direct Sport simply made the determination, ignored my question about the condition of the shoes when they were sent, and returned them to me.

**My recommendation: do not order from Pro:Direct Sport unless you are absolutely certain you will not need to return or exchange the item.** The product itself may be fine, but based on my experience, I would not trust this company to handle a legitimate return fairly.
